So happy the Aquarium is open!!! The renovations since Hurricane Sandy are fabulous. The new shark exhibit is excellent. The rooftop bar is a great idea, but further training is definitely needed. There were no less than eight people behind the bar but no one was being served. We waited way too long to place an order. I can't wait for more exhibits to open!

We went right before it opened and enjoyed looking at the various exhibits without much crowding. We sat in front of the large tank and enjoyed watching the fish, sting rays and sharks for quite a while. The part where the sharks can swim above your head is smaller than I expected. The sea lion show is okay (a little long for what it is and there is no shade). You could easily spend 2 hours here. We left after an hour and a half and there was a huge line to get in (with prepaid tickets/memberships).

The current condition only deserves 3 stars, as they are under construction so the shark and sea turtles are replaced in a small water tank. I gave 4 star is because I believe it will be better after the construction and there was a penguin feeding session, which is sort of fun. I can't say it's a very big and exciting aquarium, so you should not expect too much. But the animals are cute, as usual. One plus for this aquarium is that it's very close to the sea so it's very convenient to take a walk on the beach.

It's hot out there you need a hat, water, sunblock, and something to eat. I went right before the new shark exhibit that just opened up so I need to go again for the update. But it's kind of small the seal show is cool but short they need to dome it out for some shade. If you go with kids they will like it hopefully the shark exhibit raises the bar.

Excellent aquarium despite some exhibits being closed due to construction. The fish are amazing to see. The seals and otters are a lot of fun to watch. There is even a back up shark tank with sharks and a turtle. The price is currently discounted due to the closed exhibits so a great time to visit with the family.
